Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? Efficient and helpful as usual with SamuiPortalen.se.com. After a mistake from the local taxi pickup service, SamuiPortalen.se corrected the problem very satisfactorily.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: A very nice and spacious area with several buildings close to the private/public beach with massage, beds and parasols, and with a beautiful swimming pool and breakfast restaurant. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very good hotel right on the beach. Everything was just great exept from the breakfast... very poor choice of food. Would also be great if the hotel had more for the kids, eks: table tennis or other games. But, we had a very nice stay at this hotel. The delux rooms with seaview was just great.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very good place, very good beach. Hotel isn t very cozy but children like this hotel most of all other hotels we stayed.
We lived in Thai House, it isn t the separate bungalow, in the building there are three rooms. Two bigger and one smaller in beetween. We had smaller one. It isn t 51 meters as in ad, probably twice ore more smaller. In the bigger rooms there are additional terrace. Our frends who stayed in this hotel before (with the same accomodation) said that their room was with two double bed, in our were one double and one single.

We have stayed at the Weekender Resort & Spa, Koh and we would not advise this hotel to anybody. Service in this hotel has the lowest priority in the list. Every minute at this hotel we felt that all staff tried to minimize possible expenses caused by their guests. Customer may be charged for any small things like dirt on the towels. We have been at Samui for 4th time but it was the very first time when we were very disappointed by the service in the hotel.
Look, they (staff) do not even smile there! We have never seen that in Thailand before.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. he location is perfect, right in the centre of Lamai and it s nightlife. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Excellent hotel for the moderate payment. The affable and sympathizing personnel. We have stopped in delux with ocean view, view from a window was exelent. We believe, that Lamai a scourge - the best coast on Samui, especially in seat where the hotel is located. Has taken in hotel motobike for a rent, all is simple - without credits and passports. From lacks, probably to note a poor and monotonous breakfast. Small quantity beach-chairs. If we shall be going to visit Samui still time, we shall necessarily stop in this hotel.

For a price of 2000 ? 3000 baht per night I would expect more than the standard egg dishes (omelette, fried egg, scrambled egg, boiled egg), two lukewarm dishes and three different kinds of fruit!

Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? Bon service normalement, mais là pas terrible. J avais réservé 6 chambres et seulement 4 était disponible. Nous n étions donc tous séparé alors que j avais réservé depuis 6 mois...Dommage !
