Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Hotel is very nice. the staff is also very good, the beach is great, like a pool because of a natural rock formation that reduces waves, but can be very hot in the still water as well. Besides Centara is the old and abandoned Laem set Inn with lots of dogs oil spots in the sand and trash all over, that is the only bad I have to comment. The room is baic but confy I had a Garden View villa. breakfast buffet is exellent and e had dinner at the hotel tice, once was Thai Buffet for 850 THB per person, and it was deicious but a bit pricey comparing with the one for the dame price we had in Chaweng Beach at Regent Hotel. Overall a good hotel, I recommend it and i will stay there next time.They have shutte buss 25 THB x pers. to Lamai/ 50 THB to Chaweng per way. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Hotel is nice, relaxing and quiet.The Garden Villa is nice too., clean and roomy. The personal is not what I expected, as they have a possed smile, the restaurant was fine but in my opinion overpriced for what they serve. The only nice personal were the men on the beach hut (towels and games).
I have a problem with a refund that it is still not solved (20+ days after) even thou I payed in advance via SamuiPortalen.se they charged my credit card and the refund hasn t been done. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is the place to stay if you want to be in the not too over dveloped part of koh samui. the hotel runs regulr shuttles to the heavy tourist resorts so you can have the best fo both worlds here. the villas are well furnished and equipped although they are tightly packed together. still loads of building work going on but after we complained politely a few times we were upgrade foc from a standard garden villa to a pool villa with a sea view which was a treat, although frankly the pool could have done with a good clean! Having experienced both the top and bottom end of the accomodation available, if i were to stay here again i would not pay the extra for the allegedly higher end villas because they are only marginally better. Do visit the Cool bar along the beach and do eat at the Baracuda. if you want a bit of almost unspoilt samui, get a taxi to take you to the sunset beach for early dinner (it gets dark at 6.15) where there are about 6 little local restaurant all with a spectacular view of the sunset over the bay - the best is probably the beach at the far end. taxi shold cot more than about 200 baht but remember to negotiate first and arrange for them to come back and pick you up later. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel ammenities were excellent, the room was spacious, we selected a spa villa, so all was nice and clean and welcoming. What I didn t like about the hotel was that it was very difficult for me to subscribe to the activities in the hotel. Also they don t have 24 hours room service, and we reached the hotel from town late in the evening and my 3 year old asked to eat something and we weren t able to get anything from room service although we called about 5 minutes before they say they close the orders...

We book Delux Villa, there is no bathtub, but the web s picture show it has bathtub, I m still confused.
there are many many flies when we eat breakfast,step on our food very often.
other strong point is that show your room card may use installation in Centara Hotel in Chenweng beach.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel was fine although it is a little old and some of the furnishings are not what I would expect for the price but to be honest Samui generally is just overpriced. We had a pool villa which was expensive but certainly worth it as it was lovely to have that privacy. Ultimately this is a resort for people who want to really be out of the way because it is half an hour and $20 to chaweng - the main town on the island. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed here for the last part of our stay in Samui after being in the busier Chaweng Beach. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. A very relaxing place to stay. One negative is the price of food and drink, VERY overpriced for Samui...closer to prices at home. Breakfast was great...big buffet, all you can eat. The Villa was bright, clean and comfortable - was a little worse for wear. It was a great time of year to be here, plenty of space by the pool and beach. Rained only at night if it did rain. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The location and amenities of the hotel met our expectations. The villas are well appointed and the pools and facilities are good. The lobby area is quite comfortable to spend some time in the evening reading the newspapers or enjoying a drink. The free shuttle vans to the two towns help make the location acceptable. For certain, the location is more suitable for us than the busy and rather typical ?strips? found in most thai tourists areas. The hotel offers moped rentals which is a good way to get out and explore on your own.
The only negatives we could comment on are the breakfast which was poor compared to other hotels we?ve stayed at on samui and phuket. Also, the pools do not have enough loungers and towels. Some guests (you know who you are), took pride in occupying their loungers all day while using for less than a few hours. I think the staff needs to do a better job at managing the limited loungers and towels.
Overall I would recommend the resort

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Lovely Hotel, although there is not much to do at night, so they might want to look ant some interesting things for the youth, also need some more interesting activeties on the beach.
