Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice hotel with very good facilities the best for family with children for entertainment. Too bad that TV channels dont propose children children (at least 1) this point should be improved.
Very nice staff, not understanding sometimes easily what we ask for but willing to do their best.
Deluxe rooms are a little bit old in my opinion but the garden view is really nice.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We weren t impressed by the Hotel at first glance....but eventually it didn t really matter! We ended up being only at the hotel for breakfast and bedtime. That is Ko samui for you....rent a car or bike and roam around all day long.... Hotel needs an upgrade badly.
Chaweng was ideal for us since we were travellig with a 2 yr old and I could make pitstops to a bar or club or even to a 7/11 for any kind of supplies.
Renting transportation is a must! We would have lunch at the western beaches and dinner at the north! Must ve driven 100kms plus per day!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Great hotel with great location. Look no further especially if you are travelling with kids - ample activities from badminton to golf. The hotel is spacious that it provides privacy for those who just would like to enjoy peace and quiet too.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice resort!Rooms?Furnishings a rather dated as are many resorts throughout Asia. Enjoyed Club Facilities! Although I would like to see abit more ambience in this area.
The location on Cheweng Beach was very central to Shopping & dining and the Beach area directly in front of Resort was very nice.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I booked this accomodation on line, expecting that all the rooms would be 5 star. The bathroom was very tired, broken toilet cistern, loose drain fitting, shower when turned on made a huge noise, the bedding was musty and smelly. The grounds are spectacular, the pool great and the location very good.
We booked very quickly not really knowing what to expect, but figured five star property, that means all the accomodation would be up to par. Not the case.When we complained they wanted us to up grade for another $100 a night. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel and facilities were perfect, the only thing wrong was the air conditioning did not work in any of the rooms. We were moved to 2 different rooms before given an upgrade to a suite which had a marginally better performance of the AC chiller. Every other guest complained about the AC so it would appear to be throughout the hotel. Obviously the complete AC system needs a major overhaul. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

As for minuses: 1). Internet is rather expensive and VERY slow. I guess, such a great property could afford a complimentary Internet for its guests like other hotels do. 2). One day when having a breakfast we found a dead worm in our fried vegetables. Showed it to the staff but no reaction, even just apologies, followed. Just no reaction. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Fantastic resort, lots of atmosphere, perfect location, fabulous for kids. The pool suite was excellent with your own plunge pool to relax in at the end of the day or to cool off in before bed. It was my 4th time to Samui and this resort is better in person than on the photos. The staff were lovely, I would not hesitate to stay here again, it ticked all our boxes for a great holiday

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel was nice big. Beach was amazing the widest beach hotel in samui. The rooms and the whole hotel out look very dull and depressing looking. We chose the club rooms - they were really small and the room decor UGLY black and white tiles are out of fashio in the 60 s. For the club lunch not happy that there was no more solid food than soup and salad. gym really good. kids entertainment not bad went with 6yr child. hotel needs revamp the furniture and colur of the whole hotel, the dark green ugly.

The only minuses I d mention are:
- prices which are comparable to average Moscow, so they are pretty high :)
- frogs (my own fobia, so may be not applicable to the readers). There are dedicated swamps in the hotel, where those creatures live and prosper coming out in the evenings to sit on the pathes, making their terrible noises :) [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The room facilities are old and can t reach the standard of 5 star. The size of room is small copmared with other resorts we have been in thailand. The room service attendant is poor than other staffs. The resort ambient is good and the relocation is perfect.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Excellent hotel, very luscious garden with great accomodation. Got a privatre suite with a plunge pool, definitely the best way to live at centara. Breakfast was very good and the omelette chef very fast and curtious. A hotel suited for large families or couples that want to have every service provided by the hotel, a good pool for the kids, good fitness room and two excellent tennis courts, table tennis, football, badminton, you name it, they got it. Only thing disappointing and not worth the money was the club service provided. Don t waste money on that. And for a so called 5 star resort they should be able to offer you free wifi since almost every walk in beach resort in thailand offers you that.
