Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? It was easy to book but the pictures were truly misleading, it was more like a hostel than a hotel, also the description was misleading.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This was a true nightmare, worst location, the pool was un usable to say the least and the room..... There was dripping water above a window, mould on the ceiling, the room smells of damp, it was dirty and grimy, and when we complained to the receptionist they were very un helpfull and said there was nothing they could do. The minimum stay is 7 nights, this is how they trap you because no-one would ever stay this long otherwise, we lost our money and found another hotel in a better location.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stay 5 nights from 25 Oct to 30 Oct 2011 at Akwa Std Room, which is about 200m away from the main reception or the cafe. The room is clean, comfortable but quite run down. Water pressure is low. No ventilation at toilet, Aircon is noisy. My room is 304, avoid rm 101, its stink inside. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed in standard room and we wouldn t stay there again. Very small room no place for our staff. Very wet. Fridge turns off when you leave the room. Ants. Pets allowed was claimed, but we had to pay some extra for a cat.
pros:
near great beach, good personnel, everyday room service, reasonable price for room.

I definitely will choose Akwa again for my next thailand trip.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I enjoyed my stay 4 night stay at Akwa Guesthouse. The room was clean, the bed was to my liking and the bathroom was accommodating too. but during the day or still in the night, no water for take shower or something like that! (can t understand)

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The only place (out of 6 reservations I made) I was disapointed. The only good thing was the D.V.D and movies. The room wasn t so funky and nice as it looks like in pictures, there was a really bad smell in the room and in the hall. I think that at this price I could find better places.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This cosy hotel really impressed me! You feel like home here. Rooms are designed and decorated in a very creative way. Personnel is so friendly and helpful that makes you feel like a very special guest.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Unique decor. Very refreshing. Amazing attention to detail. Friendly people around. Fantastic location. To sum it up, it was was a memorable experience and we should be back soon.

The manager, Jim (if i m not wrong) working on his mood. Someday very kind but in the otherday act same got big problems in his life. Room s ok but persons ..........

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Great place, I was travelling solo and was welcomed, got suggestions on places to go, had a good time in general, thanks to the owner and the rest of the staff. The place is very funky, the rooms are clean and confortable, and just across the street from the beach (southern end of Chaweng, much more quite than the rest of the beach). I strongly recommend this place to everybody.
