Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: we stayed at the KC in october 2011, unfortunetly our impresion of the hotel staff and restorant was varry poor.
the restorants food is realy bad and expansive exept for the brakefast which was good. we got the filling that the hotel lokes at us as walking wallets and not as guests, exemple of that s thay told us that we should tell them to get us a taxi if we want to go down town that way it will cost us only 250 bat and if we get one our selfes it will be much more, in fact one time i trayed my luck and found uot it was 150 bat cheeper to get a taxi myself not throw them. it enraged me! i got the sance thay are runing mini scames on the guests. the location is also a problome, the hotel is on a hilside far frm the beach and the main st. so you ave to get a taxi every time you leave the hotel.
we talked to other gustes and also thay where not happy with the hotel.
other than that the room is varry nice.

Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? VERY EFFICIENT.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: HOTEL IN GENERAL WAS GOOD. THINKING OF THE PRICE PAID WAS ON A HIGH SIDE. STAFF WAS GOOD AND HELPFULL. VIEW WAS VERY NICE AND AS EXPECTED.SPA SERVICES WERE GOOD WITH GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.
FOOD WAS NOTHING SPECIAL.
1 MAJOR PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE ROOM (WHICH HOTEL WAS KIND ENOUGH TO MANAGE AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM). ANOTHER PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE AIRCONDITION SYSTEM IN THE ROOMS AS ALL THE AC CONTROL PANEL FAILED SOMETIME OR THE OTHER AND I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE LIVING ROOM ONE NIGHT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO AC. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is not bad. Excellent Seaview starting with 2 floors above. But if you re not lucky and will live on the first floor, Seaview will be partial.
Great pool. But the purity of the water leaves much to be desired.
Bed is very comfortable.
Wonderful staff.
In the shower cabin permanently standing water, bad merges.
If you used the services of bar and restaurant of the hotel, then you sign the account with all taxes. But at checkout reception will try to take taxes again. Be careful! :-) [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: It is cozy and comfortable esp. the bed and pillows. It is more than a 5 stars hotel. But the shuttle to down town is only 3 times a day, not good.
