Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We travelled with to children age 1,5 and 4. We stayed in a jaquzzi villa. The location was far away from the beach. We used taxi to Lamai daily. The villa was not as showed in ad, and when we asked to change they moved us. We paid alltogether 9000 bath for christmas dinner. 10 course meal. Ok food, but the kids did not fancy it. The youngest did not get served.
We got in an argument with the owner because we wanted discount for staying in an worned down villa without warm wather in the shower and dirty jaquzzi. He denied and he called the police on us. He wanted us to chech out immidiately. So we did 6 o clock new years eve. We got our money back for the 5 nights we were supposed to stay with help from the nice policemen. The owner told us that he did not care about the customers.

We were in Thailand for 3 weeks and spent 4 nights here, We stayed in the deluxe room it was very modern ,clean and secluded. You can relax and unwind here , we enjoyed ourselves so much we are planing a trip for next year just to ban kao!! Staff were so so lovely we had breakfast and dinner each day which was great. It s a bit of a distance to the nearest town but we rented a scooter from a lovely family across from the entrance on main rd ( who we also booked our day trips with) and we got around just fine with the scooter! Overall ban kao was a beautiful place and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Although the resort is nice- it is so secluded and unfortunately not in a good way. The main pool is not inviting- during our stay trucks drove past all day so you had no sense of seclusion or privacy (or relaxation!). The decor was very nice, as was the breakfast at the restaurant.

Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? I changed my air ticket 3 times due and SamuiPortalen.se staff assisted every time when i asked them to notify the resort. This was done quickly and professionally. Well done again SamuiPortalen.se.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Positives. We stayed in a room room. Lovely and relaxing. Food was relatively good. We had foot massage which were average. Staff are friendly and helpful but some of key staff had a problem understanding us but we managed. Lovely surroundings. Main pool area is lovely.
Negatives. Airconditioner filters were filthy and we cleaned them ourselves. You need to hire some kind of transport as it is a 40 minute drive to Chaweng. Person who drove us to the airport dumped the cases and did not offer to lift them onto the trolleys like other resorts do and we were two females with heavy cases. I am under the impression that some of the staff live on the premises or it looked like it and one of them kept on racing his motor bike up and down passed the main pool entrance which I found extremely irritating. Small things but we lived with them.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Lovely hotel and amazing staff. On the quite end of the island with beaches close by. The rooms where perfect modern but still very Thai. Staff where very nice and helpful and did all they could to make the stay as nice as possible.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I stayed at this hotel because I was doing a course at Kamalaya, which is nearby and very expensive. This resort is about 1/4 the price of Kamalaya and the rooms are very nice. However, there is no beach, the pool is small, and the location is very out-of-the way, so for me there is no real reason to stay there except as a cheaper alternative to Kamalaya s room rates. The hotel does provide a van for transport for its guests, at a price, but they failed to pick me up at the airport as promised (though they did agree to reimburse me in the end). They have some nice large villas so perhaps families would enjoy staying in those. The pool room that I stayed in was nice, though the bed was rock-hard and the pool only large enough to sit or maybe float in. The fridge did not work, and was not fixed even after I requested them to. Lastly, there was never anyone in reception when I needed to speak to someone, so the service, I felt, could be better. Superior Room in the Ban Kao Tropical is also a good place. But better to call your friends and stay in the villa.

We lived in a Pool Villa . This is a good place for a small company. Comfortably at home. According to Thai good service. On Chaweng or Lamai this place can not be found. Beach in 15 minutes. On the beach near Ban Kao few people, some naked sunbathing ... You need to hire transport.
