Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? Perfect ! Include receiving my voucher by SMS as I was driving to Koh Chang. Will never change to another booking agent !
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: First time in Koh Chang after many holidays in Phuket ans Samui. Awesome beach, very quiet (Even for Songkran). Renting canoe for 80 bht / hour just near the hotel. You will need a taxi or bike to go to the city. Nice hotel, trying to be upscale ... Nice Garden View Room. We had some minor problems with hot water, service guy arrive 2 mn after to fix it. Breakfast is ok, sometimes cold. The view from breakfast table is outstanding. Nice pool with Jacuzzi. Many chairs to relax at pool or near the beach. Overall good short stay but need more smiles around ... Except this, good hotel, a little overpriced for the quality. At 2.500 THB / day, this can be much better. We dont need upscale with air-cond 5th generation ... that this is so complex to use :-)) ... medium scale with more smiles can be better. Recommended for tranquillity / couple / children who dont want to go out by night. [SamuiPortalen.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I would like to thank personnel of the Bhumiyama Beach Resort for excellent services and very friendly attitude. The conditions of the stay was very good, especially the room facilities, whiah are only few meters from the sand beach. I would definitly recommend the Hotel for longer stay.

Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? as usual all went well with booking, they were prompt and efficient. I like that we can book on line and then pay instead of entering credit card details first and then finding out that there is no room at the inn.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: this is the 5th time we have stayed at the Bhumiyama (I think) and we had a perfect holiday. The garden view rooms we had were great as they were bigger and nice and cool with tile floors. All the staff were friendly and familiar with us and helped to provide a very relaxed atmosphere. As we have a young family we spent most of our time at the pool which was brilliant and enabled our 3 year old to learn how to swim unaided!! I cant wait until we go back there again. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: A lovely place to stay! Very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the service is good, all is well functioning. The restaurant was very nice, with tables directly by the beach, and the food was good. Nice breakfast included in the price. The hotel is located directly at the beach and has a beautiful garden. There is also a lovely pool area. A wonderful spa with different kinds of Thai massage was a great experience - don´t miss it! The hotel has its own beach area with chairs and great beach service. The only negative thing during my stay was caused by other hotels around, who played loud music late at night several times.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Good location, good hotel but a bit too expensive for what you get. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the poolarea is great. It was a bit dirty on the beach the first day we arrived there but it was better later on.
