Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The service was the worst we had in our three different hotels. Check-in was about 20 min. Rooms were fine. The view fantastic.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I was very disappointed with the level of service and the way in which they respond to any question. Thai s are known for their hospitality and I respect them so much, but this hotel is a real shame. Since I had booked the hotel for 5 days and paid the entire amount, I did not want to cancel the room. If I had a choice I would have left the hotel the day i checked in.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is centrally located in entertainment district. A bit faded from its former glory, the accommodations are suitably clean and in good repair. The staff were all very helpful and efficient. Wi-fi was free which is essential for my travels. Great special room rate for time of year and with recent flooding. I d return at this rate and for this service. Ciao.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We arrived 1 day earlier than our booking, the hotel refused to change the booking we even offered to pay additional cost. They insisted that we pay for a new booking at the rack rate.

Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? Online booking had no problem but we didnt get the room even after it was a confirmed booking during check-in.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The check-in process was a little painful (as there were not enough staff) and we didnt even get the room we reserved! They said it was already given to someone else so we had to upgrade our room by paying extra. The new room was with a good view but the additional charge was not necessary. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: An overall nice hotel, good location, nice pool. What was not so good was that my safety box was out of order, I asked for someone to fix it for me. After all, I have paied for it and it s a matter of security. I was promissed that the safety should be fixed the same afternoon, never happend. I have been in Thailand a number of times and know that it is to no use to get upset. However, I hold the Ambassador to be of higher standard.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Clean and nice hotel with an above average pool. Extra plus with the mini-zoo adjacent to the pool with some lovely birds in not-too-small cages.
Minus for not having one of our rooms ready until after 5 p.m.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice big hotel close to Sky Train, about 3 minutes walk. We got there at 07.00 am and there was no problem getting an early check-in, and no extra charge! Breakfast is good, lots of choices... pool area is ok!

Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? I originally tried to book at another hotel. After I paid my deposit, I was informed that the requested hotel did not have a room for me. I had no choice but to find another hotel.
