Hur tycker du hanteringen av din bokning sköttes? THE BOOKING IS FAST AND SAFE. THIS BOOKING WAS NOT ACCURATE WHICH I END UP PAYING EXTRA AT THE HOTEL AND SCARRED THE STAY AT THE HOTEL.

WON T BE GOING BACK FOR SURE. I GO TO BKK THREE TO FOUR TIMES PER YEAR. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED SO FAR.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: A great hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of the Chao Praya river with 3D windows . The included breakfast had lots of choices and tasty. By taxi and $3.00 you can get to many other downtown Bangkok locations and the rail system. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: My wife, 13-year old daughter and I stayed at this comfortable hotel for 3 nights. Room was quite spacious with 2-Queen beds and everything you need. Good variety for breakfast with Asian and European offerings. Best to include package as otherwise breakfast cost is expensive at B650. Location on the river is scenic but shoping and restaurants are mostly a 15 min plus taxi ride away on weekends - though expect much longer on weekdays.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in a fit. This hotel has disgusted me with their discrimination policy to their own people which was only notified to me by e-mail 24hrs before my arrival !! I booked the hotel months ago from Australia and on the eve of the booking I was told that unless my partner has an Australian passport she would be charged an extra Baht1000 per night !!! I promptly cancelled my booking in disgust and had to succumb to a forfeiture of Baht3200 that is one night s booking. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and let it be known. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Montien is good value for money compared to other hotels and has a very high service level for the price. We were able to check in at 7.00 am - no problem for example. Good pool area with tennis, tabel tennis, gym etc.
